Delivery time & cost

Deliveries are undertaken by a third-party carrier. Gregoir Lifestyle BV remains fully responsible for the smooth delivery and installation of your order. Any claims or disputes regarding the delivery and installation of your goods must be dealt with Gregoir Lifestyle BV at the time of delivery itself.

Standard delivery is to the third-floor only, including assembly of the furniture and removal of packaging (which is taken away by our delivery team to be recycled). All deliveries are carried out by insured and qualified professionals. A two-to-three-hour delivery window is given as standard. Delivery charges will be confirmed depending on the location, floor and other relevant logistics arrangements needed.

We will endeavour to offer next week delivery of stock items depending on delivery address and the availability of our delivery company. Stock orders can also be made available for collection within 24hrs. For next week delivery or collection at our warehouse, orders must be placed before midday, and you should discuss with a member of staff at the point of purchase.

Once your order has arrived at our warehouses, our logistics company will contact you to arrange delivery. We must be able to deliver the furniture into your home within 6 weeks thereafter. If we are unable to do so due to your default, our logistics company will make a charge for storing the furniture beyond this point, which is payable in advance. They will advise you of this charge at the relevant time, or you may of course elect to receive delivery.

Due to the uniqueness of each order and the housing situation on delivery, we will get in touch with you after you placed your order to discuss delivery options and costs.

Returns and refunds policy

Items cannot be refunded or returned. Please refer to Clause 5.6 of our Terms & Conditions for any claims and disputes and our Warranty policy for more details.

Purchases

Our current stock is listed on our website. If your desired product is not available in the drop-down menu of a product, it means the product is out of stock. We request you to get in touch with our Customer Service department, so we can help you with your order.
